Directions
From Newbury follow signs for Basingstoke on the A339. Go through Headley, passing Cheam School on your right. After about a mile you will see the Orchard Business Park on your right. Immediately after the Business Park turn right to Cottismore Garden Centre, taking care on the track as it is poorly surfaced. Duke House is at the end, on the right, after about 400 metres.
From Basingstoke and Kingsclere follow signs for Newbury on the A339. Skirt Kingsclere on the by-pass and at the roundabout continue to follow signs for Newbury. Pass the Star Inn on your left and after about 400 metres look for a sign to the Cottismore Garden Centre and turn left on to the track. Duke House is at the end, on the right after about 400 metres.
Basingstoke Newbury Bus Link stops at the end of the lane outside the Orchard Business Park.
